Greenland Day is a consistent feature of the PDAC Convention, attracting potential partners, exploration and mining companies and investors from all over the world. Vittus Qujaukitsoq, The Minister of Finance and Mineral Resources opens the event, after which The Government of Greenland invites exploration and mining companies operating in Greenland to present their projects. This gives a unique opportunity to hear first-hand what it is like to do business in Greenland. The Greenland Business Association then highlights the current conditions encountered by companies in the mining industry. These presentations show how Greenland strives to attract the mining industry through initiatives regarding infrastructure, access to qualified labour, local suppliers and the investment environment.

The event is organised by the Government of Greenland, the Greenland Business Association, the Confederation of Danish Industry, and the Royal Danish Consulate General in Toronto.

Registration is not required, but preferred.

The event will be streamed live. Access to live streaming is either through the embedded link on the frontpage of this website or through the direct link to YouTube.
